Methodical and highly organized, she is the creative mind behind the journeys and experiences we offer. Alessandra not only designs every trip with care but also ensures that each detail reflects her vision: authentic adventures that connect people with the sea, nature, and each other.

Her greatest joy is seeing travelers return home with new skills, unforgettable memories, and a stronger bond with the ocean.

Lollo is the soul of the team — a passionate diving instructor and expert guide with a true gift for underwater photography. A master behind the lens, he captures the magic of the ocean in ways that leave everyone in awe.

Diving with him is an experience in itself: once you do, you’ll never want to dive with anyone else. He combines the cheerful, playful spirit of a true Roman with the professionalism, patience, and empathy he’s known for.

You can’t separate Ale and Lollo — together they balance and complement each other, creating a unique energy that makes every journey unforgettable.

Stefania is our Travel Coordinator and Snorkeling Guide, widely recognized for her excellence and professionalism. She is also the founder of “Marsa Alam per tutti”, where, as a certified travel agent, she has been sharing her passion for the Red Sea and promoting authentic marine experiences in Southern Egypt.

A long-standing friendship and mutual respect with Ale & Lollo naturally led us to entrust her with the coordination of non-diver groups during our organized journeys. Her deep love for the ocean, combined with her vibrant personality and professional expertise, make her the perfect leader for those who wish to discover the sea from the surface while fully embracing the spirit of #aroundtheglobe.

Marco Cramarossa is the local point of reference for our travelers in Bali and Indonesia. Passionate about the underwater world and deeply connected to the island, he personally follows our guests on site, sharing his extensive knowledge of Bali, its culture, and its most authentic hidden corners.

In collaboration with Ale & Lollo, Marco actively supports, coordinates, and helps organize our Bali and Indonesia travel experiences, carefully combining diving adventures, local culture, relaxation, and unforgettable itineraries designed for both divers and non-divers.

Founder of Bali Secrets Diving Safari, Marco has been living in Bali for many years and specializes in tailor-made diving safaris and travel experiences across the island. His projects are particularly appreciated for the attention to detail, the relaxed atmosphere, and the possibility to discover both the underwater beauty and the authentic soul of Indonesia.
